We offer comprehensive prenatal visits without birth doula support.

Our a la carte Prenatal Visits help to reduce any birth planning stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby whether you choose to have a doula present or not.

What's included?

We will spend 1-2 hours with you and your partner and provide education about labor stages, The Miles Circuit, labor positions, affirmations, resources and more.

There is no doula support included in this option.
