The Birth Adventure classes really helped me prep for birth. I remembered the things Gwen and Sara taught us to identify labor stages and what to do at each one. My husband doing the hip squeezes and counter pressure we learned was the BEST. I caught my baby in the birth pool and was able to get through it all with confidence because of what I learned from Sara and Gwen.
